Paddington Basin; Ramps and Steps.
The steel ramp structure was commissioned to provide disabled access to existing structures on the banks of the canal basin. The structure is supported by a series of circular hollow section columns with cantilvering column heads which sprout out of the new decking platform below.
An elegant and lightweight parapet uses horizontal stainless steel wires and timber top rail to provide a maritime feel.
